After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts, Dr. Seltzer went on to study medicine at Jefferson Medical College, where he graduated as a Medical Doctor (M.D.). Dr. Seltzer worked as a Resident of Internal Medicine at Crozer Chester Medical Center, before ultimately choosing to open up his own practice. Driven by his past personal struggles with weight and binge eating, Dr. Seltzer’s mission is to help others who want to improve their health. Unlike other weight loss physicians, Dr. Seltzer takes a 360-degree approach by evaluating and addressing all of the factors that contribute to suboptimal health, including medical problems and medications, sleep, stress, depression, food addiction, busy work schedules and social commitments. Dr. Seltzer can not only help you identify what the problem is, but also determine a solution that you can maintain for the rest of your life.
Nicole Spaulding is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and is a Mad Dogg Certified Spinning Instructor. Prior to her position as Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Nicole owned her own meal preparation and delivery service. As a chef, she can remake even the most complex recipe into a macro-friendly meal that will fit into your weight loss plan. With her combined formal health and nutrition training and her real-world experience, Nicole is uniquely qualified to guide people through their journey to getting fit and losing weight. Nicole is driven to help others find balance with nutrition and fitness.
