Brandon Tyler - Personal Trainer

Brandon Tyler, member of the Dr. Charlie Seltzer Weight Loss team, has been working as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer in Philadelphia since 2017. Having received his BFA in Acting from Northern Kentucky University, movement has always been a big part of his life. In addition to his strength training practice, he has encountered and continues to practice a range of styles from Yoga and Droznin Movement to the more philosophical Alexander Technique. 

He is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association to stay up to date on the latest science-backed workout strategies with a keen interest in behavior change. His chief goal for each of his clients is to develop a sustainable, challenging, and enjoyable movement practice that they can take with them for the rest of their lives. He takes great joy in developing his clients’ custom programs selecting movements that are specific to the client’s goals whether that be building lean muscle, improving mobility, or increasing stamina and conditioning. 

Brandon works with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Both in-person and virtual one-on-one and small group training sessions are available.
