Jen Kranjec, NCSF Certified Strength Coach
Jen Kranjec, the newest member of the Dr. Charlie Seltzer Weight Loss team, began working in the fitness field in 2015 as a CrossFit coach at Praxis in Washington DC while earning her BS in Exercise Science from George Washington University. While interning with one of her professors at the GW Weight Management Lab Jen was able to bring her newfound knowledge of lifting and nutrition to Praxis and started a nutrition coaching program for the members. Soon after, Jen began working part-time as a nutrition coach at Composition ID, as well as training clients.
Since living in Philly, Jen has continued to gain experience working in the fitness field. Most recently Jen was a trainer at Philly Phitness.
Jen is experienced in various training methods such as CrossFit, running, yoga, and HIIT but her true passion lies with classic weight lifting as evidenced with her brainchild – Learn to Lift.
Jen believes that all training programs, whatever they are, should be enjoyable. If your current workouts aren’t getting you the results you want or creating stress in your life Jen will create a personalized program so you’ll build muscle, get leaner, and be happier and healthier in the process.
Jen works with clients of all ages and fitness levels to increase strength, mobility, conditioning, and body recomposition. Both in-person and virtual one-on-one and small group training sessions are available.
