I’ve been a patient of Dr. Seltzer’s since June (about 5 months) and working out with Jen Kranjec for the last 2 months. I was doubtful training sessions via zoom would be impactful – but I’ve been very pleased! Our regular sessions – despite being remote – have been very motivational. She keeps me focused on form, as well as making progress on my strength and stamina. I originally opted in for an intro package as a way to reset my exercise habits, but I liked it so much that I’ve renewed to keep focused and stay on track. Jen is awesome – couldn’t recommend more!
