How do I sign up?
You can give our office a call at 215-279-8376 or fill out our contact form and someone will be in contact shortly.
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider. We do not accept insurance, BUT everything is medically coded. Therefore, if you have out-of-network benefits you can submit your receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement. Additionally, if you have HSA or FSA accounts you can pay with those.
How long does it take to lose weight or reach my goal?
Every person is different. We typically tell patients to aim for 1-2 pounds per week. We want our patients to have sustainable weight loss. Typically if you are losing faster than 1-2 pounds it is not sustainable.
Do you do virtual appointments?
Yes! Dr. Seltzer works with patients all over the world. We offer virtual appointments Monday through Friday.
Do you offer in-person appointments?
Yes! Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays!
Do you offer weekend appointments?
We do not, but Dr. Seltzer has later evening hours on Tuesdays to help accommodate busy schedules.
What is the parking situation at your building?
Our building does not have a parking garage, but there are many garages near our office. We do not validate parking and we always suggest patients give themselves an extra 15 minutes to find a garage.
What is the payment process?
Payment is due at the time of the appointment. We take all major debit/credit cards, check, cash, HSA, FSA.
