Dr. Seltzer is the only physician in the country board-certified in Obesity Medicine and certified by ACSM as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. He’s also a personal trainer and physique competitor with over 25 years of lifting experience.
Not ready to hit the gym or nervous about exercising? Even if you’ve never lifted a weight, no problem. New patients receive a complimentary personal training session in our private gym so that Dr. Seltzer can assess their fitness level. Then he’ll create a customized exercise plan that’s effective, safe, and maintainable.
