We provide a personalized exercise experience in a private setting to help you achieve maximum results.

Are you intimidated to work out in a big box gym? You’re not alone. Using equipment that’s foreign to the exercise novice can be dangerous and hard to navigate and lead to injury and ineffective workouts.

Using personalized exercise programs designed by Dr. Charlie Seltzer, and overseen by Lead Trainer and Fitness Director Emily Northington clients can take advantage of personal training sessions in the fully-equipped private gym located in our Center City, Philadelphia office. Clients can see Dr. Seltzer for a medical appointment and train before or afterward to maximize time or schedule separate appointments to accommodate their schedules. We also offer small group sessions to clients that prefer to train with a friend.

It doesn’t matter if you’re new to the gym, getting back into the habit after a hiatus, or an old pro who wants to prep for a fitness competition, Dr. Charlie Seltzer and his staff will provide you with the foundation and support you need to feel confident about working out.
