Weight loss happens when you consume fewer calories than you burn. The SECRET lies in finding a plan that allows you to lose weight slowly and consistently while not being miserable in the process.

In my weight loss practice we don’t do diets or cheat days, but teach our patients to make all foods, whether “healthy” or “unhealthy,” fit into a weight loss plan that’s easy, sustainable and based off an individual’s lifestyle.
